Script 3-Way Call

Word-by-word guide on how to invite prospects via 3-way call. Follow, act, get results.

PART 1 — PHONE SESSION (Via Zoom)

1. The Invitation (WhatsApp Chat)

Hi Bro/Sis… Are you free right now? If you have a moment, may I call you for 5 minutes? There's something important I'd like to talk about.

2. Opening

So here's the thing, Bro/Sis… I'm handling an app project — kind of like Dana & OVO, but in asset management. I'm not trying to sell you a product; I want to work together. This project is really taking off in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Bali. It's not big yet in our city, so I want to invite you to get a head start.

Note: adjust the city names as appropriate.

3. If Asked “What Is This About?”

Choose one response:

It's about deposit management. We'll go through the full portfolio & project details when we meet.

You know Mirae Asset, Exness, Binance? We're building something similar. We'll cover the portfolio & project details when we meet.

Sorry, I can't explain it in full right now — it's just getting started. I'll walk you through everything during the session.

4. Setting the Time

Alright Bro/Sis, I've got two days available. Would Monday or Wednesday work better — 4 PM or 7 PM at [Location]? Which one suits you?

Before the prospect answers, emphasize:

But let me be upfront first — this might not be the right fit for you, and that's okay. If it fits, let's work on it together. If not, at least you'll walk away with some useful information. So, what time works, Bro?

5. Guiding the Time

If they can make it:

Great, Bro — 7 PM at [Location]. Please be on time. See you, Bro!

If they want to confirm later:

Since slots are limited, Bro, if you can't confirm now, I'll offer it to someone else first. Is that okay, or shall we pick another day/time?

If they can't make it:

No worries, Bro. Let's meet another time then. If a slot is still open, I'll let you know. See you, Bro!

PART 2 — 3-WAY CALL (Via Zoom)

The Invitation and Opening are the same as above. The difference is the hand-off to a third party.

1. Tentative (Connecting to the Upline)

So, I just finished a meeting with the person leading this project in Surabaya. He's the right hand of the project's CEO, and he'll explain a bit to you — his name is Mr. [Upline Name].

2. The Third Party (Upline Speaks)

Hello Sir/Bro… am I speaking with [prospect's name]? Nice to meet you, I'm Mr. [Upline Name]. Let's get acquainted over the phone first, and hopefully we can meet in person soon.

So here's the idea — I'm developing an asset-management business, similar to BCA, Mirae Asset, Exness, and Binance, with an exclusive brand and concept, and we're expanding across Indonesia. I'm looking for just a few suitable partners to lead the Surabaya region.

As it happens, I have a short presentation about our project tomorrow…

3. Setting the Time

(Same as Part 1, points 4 & 5)

Important Notes (For All Callers)

  • Ask the prospect to turn on their camera, dress neatly, and not eat/drink during the call.
  • Set aside 1 – 1.5 hours.
  • Try to let us set the schedule.
  • Adjust the city name & time to fit the situation.
  • All callers must speak with confidence and match their language style to the prospect.
